To Do:
* Port help, telesend, dataframe from V1
* Clean up Suggestion() class
* Eventually, move Boro to a dedicated server so it can be run at all times - Done! Bot now runs on a Raspberry Pi 4 which is active at all times.
* Automate vote counts for legacy suggestions
* Give dev voting channel the ability to deliver verdicts, and add a to-do list for accepted suggestions - In progress
